By using any services ("Service") provided by AZERO.LIVE ("us", "our", or "we"), including but not limited to the Aleph Zero Alerts Bot, you ("User" or "you") agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service.

The Service may include various web applications, including the Aleph Zero Alerts Bot on Telegram, designed to provide alerts, monitoring data, and other functionalities related to the Aleph Zero network and additional services offered on the AZERO.LIVE website.

The Service is provided "AS IS". We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the Service or the information contained therein.

• any bugs, viruses, or other harmful components that may be transmitted to or through our Service;

b. In no event shall our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for accessing or using the Service.

We also do not guarantee that alerts or alarms will always be delivered or be delivered without delay. It is your responsibility to ensure that the data provided by the Service meets your requirements.
